History

Chez Vous was established in 1982 by Chef Alan Richmond. We were first featured in The Chicago Tribune in 1984 as a “Best New Caterer” and as recently as November 2004 in Chicago Magazine, as one of twelve caterers who make a difference in Chicago entertaining.

We are experienced in a broad spectrum of private and corporate events, from wine and cheese receptions to barbecues to formal, multi-course dinners.
